Well, look at what I learned today from visiting my fellow bloggers on the OWOH tour.....
(Pumba)
ailurophile: (ai⋅lu⋅ro⋅phile): –noun; a person who likes cats; cat fancier.
(um, that's me!)
(from:The Muse Factory)
Did you know that if you lived in the early 1700's and wore cotton instead of wool you might have been burned on the street? (found this tidbit here: Quilt Mom's Journey)
And I read a great story about the ancient spider people here.
So jump up on the magic carpet and meet some new friends and learn some new things!
"The universe is full of magical things patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper."~Eden Phillpotts
Pumba is beautiful and thanks for the blog love!!! I love to swap (have you heard of swap-bot.com)? If you haven't, prepare to be addicted! So if you're ever interested in doing a private swap/trade, let me know! I can't sew to save my life but perhaps I can make something that you'd like? Plus it could be cat inspired! Could anything be better than that?!
ReplyDeleteI had to restrain myself this year with OWOH as I already follow more than 150 blogs on a regular basis and just cannot justify spending more time each day on reading them. So......I made the very difficult decision NOT to click on OWOH and look at the many blogs that are (still) unknown to me! *sigh* You reach a point at which you need to draw a line, it seems.
ReplyDeleteHey, again. Got your email and am now visiting your blog for the second time. That is a good thing, because you and I have lots in common. I'll do my best to stay in touch and you do the same. I've got many furiends (katz and dogz and whatever is furry and wants to blog) It's been a pleasure meeting you :)
ReplyDeleteTwink!
I can understand that as it is hard to go to everyone's with the amount of people who have entered.
