"Think you can't change the world? Too late, you already have. It was changed for the better the minute you were born. There are more people than you can imagine who will never be the same because they came in contact with you, if only for a fleeting moment." ~Gail Purcell

Makes Me Happy Monday 12/6

I am happy today because I have a new addition to my furry family! (The hazards of a daughter who works at the Humane Society). This little bun will be a friend for my bun Mr. Cotton. They are both super sweet and even though they just met, they already are getting along wonderfully and snuggling!! I am so happy for them both!
Shelter Mug Shot

Their play area includes their cage (door always open) attached to a fenced in area where they can safely play and not chew on wires or be tormented by the cats. (Harry is famous for that!) This is them snuggling together the first night!

The new bun was named Macy at the shelter.... but I will probably think of a new one as I get to know her!

Aren't they cute? :)

  2. Oh my gosh, what a beautiful little rabbit! And how sweet that the two are getting along already! It's a good thing I don't have any friends/relatives working for the Human Society or any other shelter - I'd need a new house because I'd want to adopt all of the animals!

    XOXO,

  6. Oh how sweet! They're so cute -- I didn't realize bunnies would be friends. And what does a cat do around them? Does it try to hurt them? Lucky you and lucky bunny!
